Need advice on Knight MK-II is it worth it?

$150 would be max for me. I'd personally only give a $100 for it. Scope is worth $40-50 and the gun might be worth half of (Retail $200) $100. I think you can buy a conversion kit to change to 209 primers and if you get it that's the first thing I'd do after giving it a good once over, taking it apart and cleaning the snot out of her...
