If it were up to just me I would be outa here now no more cold for me ever.
But now I have to deal with my lady friend she wants to move to Florida with me oh great,lol!She has asked me to look for a place for her horses so I tried to tell her Florida doesnt allow horses but that went over like a ton of bricks.
She does not fish or hunt just rides and trains horses so she said I can go and do whatever I want.Aaarrrrgggggggg!
she wants me to get something with 2 acres of land I am like do what!!!!!!!! She will go to work and take care of the horses and help with home but a place with land is way to much for me.
2 acres of land is at least 25000 just for the land.. or less depending on where.. the least you will pay is 5000 per acre. and thats probably just covered with palmettos and you will have to clear it all out. if its already cultivated you are looking for big bucks.. and we havent even talked about a house.. thats just the land.
oh yeah I have been looking around and I do have 1 place that I have found with a trailer on it for $14900 but it is just a small parcel.And know she wants to go along and I am like how will I find one like what she wants so I think she will be staying in Indiana,lol!
