A realtor came into my buddies baitshop today and said a bank in town has a ton of money for loans for ppl with 700 credit ratings and they only need 3% down.
He said he just sold 2 homes here for around 40 grand this alone and tons of ppl looking.That means I need to get my butt going and get this place looking good,NOW!
I just had to post this cause it sounds good to me to be able to maybe sell this place and finish off my health stuff then bamm!!!!
