Well lately I've bEen doing nothing but pitching and flipping when ok out on the lakes well today I finally got my first victim about a 1 an a half pound war mouth. He hit that sweet beaver like a freight train! Do fish usually hit flipped and pitched baits hard?

Bass won't always hit it like that. A lot of times they will just suck it in and it will be the slightest "tick", other times you won't feel anything until you pick the bait up and it will feel like "spongy" weight. Practice, practice, practice....
