Carl,
Two or three bass like that will make a mighty fine meal! When our kids were small we always had to keep the back bones and fry them along with the filets. My ol' daddy used to skin the bass he caught and cut them into chunks to fry. I actually think he learned to filet bass from watching me, that was a little over 50 years ago.
