my first fish was a pearch in scout camp when i was 5.

actually it was a sunny... Down here they call pearch "brim" .. Never saw sunnies up here.. they look like a freshwater grunt.. lol..

My first fish was a 6# rainbow trout from my gramp's pond in PA. Next was an 8" wild brook trout in a mountain stream no deeper than a cup of coffee, again, with my gramps. Man, I sure miss him. Have to see what pictures I can dig up.
