Actually everything loves bluegill 🙂
This weekend my son was fishing out back with a small Rapala and caught a small bluegill... about 5" long.
He took the second rod with a plastic worm on it and took the worm off and put that bluegill on the weedless hook.
He cast it out and as soon as it hit the water a bass took it and ran off. About 4 minutes later he landed a 7 lb. bass. Now bluegill is his favorite bass bait.
