Christmas tree sinking

My boyfriend who fishes tournaments puts brush piles in the lakes all the time , in fact one day while out doing one in Lake Kissimmee he had a game officer come up and check his license , the officer asked what he was doing and he told him putting a brush pile in and the officer said ok and left .

I have also watched as a guy was sinking one in Lake Tarpon and the game officer that we were talking to was commenting on how the guy should have tied a weight to it , he didnt stop him .

I would say check with the state or fl game and fish to find out if its legal or not !!!!!!!!!
