Guy trying to sell rods

This guy, randy3003, has been a member for awhile, but recently put a shitload of posts on here trying to sell his custom-made rods.

Looks like somebody took the ones I saw before down, but I still see one in the following thread (an old thread resurrected by his post):

Has he been warned or not? Was this one left for a reason? Is it all good?
