Yep. Use the customer look-up at https://license.myfwc.com . Once logged in you should see Antlerless Deer beneath Permit Applications, if you drew a hunt in Phase I and said "Yes" that you'd like to be in the antlerless deer drawing.

Hoping to pick one up at Citrus! Lord knows there are a zillion doe running through there.

Did citrus start issuing them again? I know they shut them down for years

It isn't clear to me if they will or won't. All of my Phase I draws were for Citrus and I have three antlerless deer permits in a Draw Pending status, so we'll see.

I just checked my Citrus permits and they say the same thing. Who knows....maybe this is the year I get one of these permits. Lmao
