Truthfully this seam so wrong. But the state has there head so far up there own azz they never see it.

What seems wrong???

Just wondering, because I really dont know, but why would someone trade their first week hunt for the second?

For one they may have other options like have a friend that has a 2nd and want a 2nd to hunt together or someone that knows the area may know the rut is later in the month near the 2nd hunt and the 1st hunt is where the deer havent been pressured but may not be moving much in daylight due to the rut not kicked in.
