why suspend the search at night. doesn't the choppers have FLIR on them. (forward looking infra-red) tends to work alittle better at night.

You would think. That area of bear island is probably one of the worst areas out there. It's thick as hell and full of snakes! I still can't under stand how he hasn't found I-75 if he's that close to it.

The only thing I can think of is that around dusk the noise of the swamp simply drowned out anything else. Those guys searching have to have lumps in their throats the size of grapefruit hearing a guy in that state, seemingly so close...

No meds for his Lyme disease + no thermacell = not in the right mind

I am wondering if he got shot by those boys and refuses to kick off...

I dont think the circle of buzzards means anything cause ive seen that before lots of times.

I don't mean to be the sick one but, from what I ahve seen. Under 5 buzzards small game. 5 or more will be large food source. That would be the first place I would have someone look. Just to make sure.

They heard his shots, right? Maybe he blazed a gator to save his hide? That'd bring in buzzards, right?
