Just read that Naples News article. They heard gunshots after they blew horns and then later more gunshots farther away. Apparently he had no compass and may have headed the wrong way. Really a scary thought to be in a new place with no compass and no idea which way is out. Hope it all works out.

NAPLES — Rescue crews heard moans coming from the wild which they believe is the 30-year-old man missing in the Everglades for over two days.
The discovery caused authorities to close Interstate 75 for 15 minutes to try to pinpoint the moans.
Yet, crews have yet to find Jamey Mosch.
The crews have suspended the search for the night. Mosch's sisters were at the site of the search in hopes their brother will be found after spending over 48 hours in the Everglades.
