Snack sticks, anyone?

Ran the meat thru the grinder and then mixed in the seasoning, and cure. Then filled the casings with the stuffer.
In the fridge for a 24 hour or so period to give the cure a chance to work. Then in the smoker tomorrow maybe....

what wood you smoking with? Those look good. If I had a lb or 3 in my pack I might not come back to camp for lunch.

Man, those looks good! What casings are you using? I bought some natural sheep casings and had a terrible time with them, in fact just gave up on them and had to do with the large hog casings. Aren't the snack sticks and the little breakfast sausages about the same diameter?
