Tonight:
Black beans & rice
3 cans black beans
1 diced Vidalia onion (save some raw to top off dish).
2 fresh garlic cloves, diced
2lb ground venison
1qt homemade turkey stock
Brown venison with onion and seasoning of your choice. Add turkey stock and black beans. Let simmer
Serve over yellow rice ( I add a packet of Sazon Goya spanish seasoning and about a half jar of olives while cooking yellow rice)
Top with raw onion, and serve with buttered/hot pressed cuban bread
