Ran a batch..............Of Jerkey.

Looked in the freezer and saw something do to!..

Made some deer and hog jerkey.

First i defrosted the meat, Then i weighed it, then mixed the cure & seasoning. I also threw in some hot pepper for an extra kick to the stomach while sitting in the treestand and remembering that you dont have toilet paper!.. lol..

Then throw it in the dehydrator and go for it!

Call me before you do the next batch. I do a wet marinade that is 10x better than the packaged stuff. I got it perfected now

Ah hell here you go:

Soy sauce
wor. sauce
teriyaki sauce
liquid smoke
fresh ground pepper(lots of it)
crushed red pepper(I use homemade pepper flakes)
A few dashes of hot sauce

I use the vacuum seal container for my vacuum sealer. Dump meat in, pour marinade on, put lid on and vacuum seal.Let marinade 24 hours

Put on trays and pat dry before starting dehydrator
