Did some fishing this weekend and caught a mess of grunts. I fried up the first batch and it was good.
Last night I decided to make some Ceviche! Man o man was it good!!! Fried up some green Plantains
(aka Tostones) and ate like a king!
Simple recipe:
Thinly cut fish
Chopped up green and orange bell pepper
Chopped up red and white onion
Chopped up Serrano pepper
Chopped up Garlic
Add some lime juice
3 tablespoons of orange juice
3 tablespoons of pineapple juice
Mix together and let the fish sit a few hours
After a few hours, add some chopped cilantro
A few tablespoons of olive oil
Kosher salt to taste
Fry up your Tostones and eat!!!
