smoked it on the grill, for a couple of hours then wrapped in foil to finish.

That's what I'm talking about. I think I have as much desire to bbq as I do to hunt.

i barbqued a backstrap on saturday.. kept it the cooler til sunday morning and warmed it up in the microwave and it was still juicy and tasty!
