A few before pics to get your taste buds going. Been awhile since I had the smoker going. Rib-in Turkey Breast w/ a wet rub... cavity stuffed w/ fresh rosemary and basil. Half a pork shoulder w/ a carolina rub. And no football vieiwing would be complete w/out some poppers, fresh peppers harvested from the garden this morning wrapped in center cut bacon

Almost forgot.....Here's the last soldier...not quite sure how he made it. using a mix of 50/50 oak/citrus, temps are doing well even w/ the wind today. Game is getting good.
A big Thank You to my wife for telling me we had 7 people coming over for dinner. I am about 7 beers in and got a deer skull degreasing on the stove.....and here they come......
