Went catfish fishin at midnight 2 nights ago.. got em back skinned em and had em on ice.. got em all fried up and loving it!

Nice fryer you got there. I miss some fresh catfish, caught right from the lake. I don't do it anymore but grew up slaying them. Not much better than 2 to 3 pounder, I like mine cut into steaks and then fried up with some cornbread on the side.
