Fried catfish, fried gator tail, grits, and...

10-4,I've been so friggin' busy with with work the last month I haven't even been hunting,not even my B-ville spot. I'm hoping I'll be caught up in another two weeks and I'll hae a little breathing room. I have a freezer full of meat,now it's time to finish it off with some fish.

I love fried catfish. I used to HATE TO EVEN CATCH THEM. when im on the river i try to catch them.. A friend batters them and deep frys them whole.. I eat them like im starving... I guess you need to have something made right to like it!
