Try Googling it and you'll get dozens.
As long as you're using water and salt, any other aromatics are up to you and your taste buds.

Are you looking to make a brine for making ham? Or just a brine for pre cooking. I have never brined pork. I only brine fish and poultry on occasion

I did the google thing and have some good ones. Just thought our connoisseurs might have a tasty tried and true. Ham and other pork cuts.

Here is the basic brine I make for curing ham.

Keep in mind, a brine is a liquid that meat is put into for a short period of time to help meat retain moisture and add flavor. Pork has a lot of fat so I never saw a need to brine pork. Don't get the two methods confused. Curing ham takes several days
