yea man. in the past 4 months i havent really hunted so the freezer got some space.. probably only got like 10 more hog straps 2 deer straps... ima grind up all my shoulders and hams and rump roasts.

Seems like a shame to grind all of those cuts, I love the shoulders on the smoker, deer or hog, makes some damn good bar-b-cue. But then again, I love sausage, especially the cajun flavored.

I like backstraps more then anything.. so they dont get ground up!
