I did get a plucker last year. It is a smaller one that goes into a drill. It works ok, but not great. I really want a washing machine style plucker, but they are incredibly expensive. You can build one, then you get into where do you store the thing for 364 days a year you are not using it...

I can only imagine what the clean up of all that would be like . The smell is bad enough when you only have feathers to deal with.
