Got the rears and backstraps all processed and wrapped up!

I'll tell ya what.. If you cut that backstrap into thick 3/4" slices and grill them and then put some crumbled bleu cheese on top.. SON!!! That's some good eatin!. Put a little tin foil over the steak so the cheese melts a little and then feast!
