Pork jerky? That's a new one on me! Well, kind of, I guess, since I had warthog biltong (jerky) when living in South Africa as a youngster.
my 15 gal of stinkcorn just stopped fizzling/bubbling and making gas, what do I need more sugar?, allready added more water.
I make all kinds of jerky with my recipes and dehydrator, just made chicken the other day. Wild Turkey would be great too, any meat, no fat, I trim it all off. Wild game just needs to marinate longer depending on taste, I prefer it as it is tougher than store bought meat and usually leaner.
