They came and picked up the second batch of meat today. :toast: And now my freezer is looking kinda roomy. Guess I'm gonna have to go hunting this evening and fix that. :toast

I'm staying optomistic. I bought myself a charcoal brinkman smoker hardly used at a garage sale for $7 for my B-Day. used to use a propane one for turkey and trout back in N.Y., just gotta get some hickory and apple wood chips, awesome combo, should work fine for swine.
