sorry guys " the extension is not allowed " whatever that means,thought it was too easy. is there some secret mumbo-jumbo you have to chant while doing this, or waive a dead chicken around over your head or sumthin?

Click on upload picture box(it lets you browse your computer and pick it)

When you get it uploaded you will have like 3-4 different URL codes under the picture.
Copy the bottom one. It will have the [] [] around the URL
Paste it into your post
now bear with this old fool, what/how is pasting, don't underestimate the extent of my computer ignorance, sorry to be a bother. and thanks for any help
Right click your mouse (the thing your hand is on, not that hand the other one) and click on copy.( the last link it gives you)
Then come back to this site and right click your mouse and hit paste, and the link should appear. Then hit post :toast
