Atta girl! Show the "piggy" shooters how it's supposed to be done! 😆

I just hope I do as well when it comes my turn. Goes to show that with the right equipment and ability, you don't need to pull 70 pounds to make a clean kill! I might just break out the ol' Whitetail and get it tuned up and see if I can't get in on some of this.

If the bow has been sitting under tension all these years, should I just go ahead and get a new string and cables?

I would, you probably need to get tuned up, knock, center line, rest, idler lean, all that fun stuff. Just make sure you use somebody good, there are all sorts of "pros" out there.

Funny thing is some of those "pros" only know enough to get themselves in trouble... lol

Center Shot is about 5 minutes from me, so I'll give them a call and see if they can help me out. Might check out ebay for parts, and if necessary do it myself. If it's mechanical, I can usually figure it out, at least as far as swapping parts. For fine tuning afterwards I'll probably have to let some one else do it, at least once.

Center Shot will def help you out, Dale & myer are great and very helpful and between the two of them they have a lot of experience. I was just there yesterday getting the limbs switched out on my Kobalt. We are actually meeting up with Dale to hunt again tommorow!! Good luck!
