Its only 5 1/2 acres but it backs up to a pond and a lake off to the east. It depends, must all the people around shoot vermin on the property as I do, the only ones that really are winers are the ones closest to me they are bible thumpers homeschool the kids dont watch tv or listen to the radio, he comes out alot when I shoot something but doesnt usually say much, the 338 win mag sounds like a sonic boom when it goes off so he came out quick he saw me dragging itin and came to see. He said that thing is loud what is it I told him and then asked him if they ate pork and he said yes, I told him I would bring him over the shoulders when I was done cleaning and he got a big smile on his face so hes in my pocket now.
But this is a rural area and there are large spreads out here you can have livestock and when your in that type of area around here you can do pretty much what you want hearing gun fire is a daily event around here, as I type I can hear gun fire sounds like shotgun.
A guy at work lives 10 minutes from me and has 30 acres and said I can come shoot when ever I want so we might set it up to hunt next weekend if were not working, I can sit out on the back deck from 6:00 to 7:00 drink my coffee and watch the deer run across the back yard. I ve shot numerous possum,coon, and a coyote since I've been here. Going to set up a hen house and had to thin out the vermin, shooting snakes is a weekly thing out here killed a coral snake last week this isnt the concrete jungle like where you are. And the people that live in this area have a meeting once a week we meet drink some beer BS talk about if we ad seen any strangers around and so on, they were talking about a hog that had been coming in and rooting up gardens so weve all been looking for her, that is the first one I've seen since I've been here, the folks around here say its not very common.
