Well i met up with HOGMAN for a hunt. And it was good cause the kids got to hang out also!. I dropped him and his son off at the stand at 5 am, And decided to go to back to camp so me and my son can get some more sleep because i had to get to my food plot at 8 am. As soon as we fall to sleep the phone rings "Come pick me up, Hog on the ground" .. LOL.. Went to pick him up and did what i had to do, then back to camp to skin it. It was great because my son actually enjoyed the quartering process. I thought he would puke being that hes very picky and don't even eat meat barely. But he enjoyed it i was surprised!
I was just so happy for a couple reasons. 1. The whole reason for me making this forum is for hunters to meet hunters and hunt together. 2. To have the children get into hunting and enjoy the experience. 3. and for the kids to pass it on to their children some day!. When that all comes together i cant be happier.
We also had some of my KILLER sausage that i made myself. I could not believe how good it tasted. IT was actually the best sausage i have ever eaten in my life believe it or not. Here are the pics enjoy!
