problem is the hog is in a small area within a large parcel right in the corner closest to neighbors and a rd app 1/2 mi away and the owner didn't want to run a bunch of dogs and spook the whole area or horses/cattle or get onto neighbors property. maybe 1 good well behaved dog would be the ticket, and you can count on getting wet at least to the waist as it's very thick and swampy, as well as snakes gators and now supposedly a bear. I went in to check my feeder and it's still standing and the ground not torn up, but I hear her gruntin away. the owner actualy stepped on her the 1st time showing me around around 100 lb or so, but we have seen many other tracks some rather large that seem to be just passing thru. this sow is in the same spot everytime I go in. just basicly impossible to get too close without her knowing it. need a wind blowing west to east. 3 weeks or so and I'm after her again big time.

He's going in the trap but I don't have it set yet. Still wanting to shoot him, he's coming out during day light hours now. He's gonna slip up soon. ;pimp
