Finally got all 3 of my plott pups going good this weekend. They ran there own hog for a little while till it dumped them ,then they went on their own to another one of my dogs baying a hog. They went right to baying then caught and killed the little guy. Bad for the shoat,but great for puppy training. We also got a real good boar hog with some nasty teeth Sat morn. I seen 3 cross the road and packed to em. They had the biggest one bayed and held tight in just a few minutes till we got in and shot it. Unfortunately the batteries were dead in my camera so I didn't get any pics. And for you that don't eat boar hogs,we ate his back straps for dinner that night and they were the best. That hogs meat looked and smelled as good as any bar. Real nice fat layer.
