no, im saying the only thing real about the post was the dog, not the make believe football league
to each their own, i just never understood the make believe aspect of putting together a team that doesnt exist.
I should very boldly state:
I have never said hounds were better than curs. I simply stated that curs were not better than hounds. I personally believe they are equal at best, but it totally depends on the situation they are hunting in. Enough of that.
As for the fantasy football, I thought the same for years. Last year I became involved in 2 leagues. They made my NFL season a lot more fun. When there were 2 teams playing on TV that in years past I could have cared less about watching, but this past season I was glued to the TV, in hopes of one of my "Fantasy Players" doing well in the game. You use real stats to score points in the "Fantasy" game. Give it a shot, and see it it improves your NFL experience. Unfortunitly, this league is now full. However, there will be literally 1000's to join for free. Peace out.
How exactly does fantasy football work? I was kinds interested in it, but I am not sure exactly how to do it? Do you have to be a football freak to participate or can an average football watcher get along ok. Basically you just pick your guys and make team and the league keeps up with all the stats from week to week? Just curious.
That is correct. Get into a free league, and play around your first year. You'll have a blast. Last year was my first year doing it. I joined 2 leagues. I won both. Go figure. I am a football fan, but no genius I assure you.
