I thought it was the 4th, so I called the number on the alligator info page and talk to a guy in the gator department and he told me the 5th .
I said to him on there sight its telling me the 4th and he said no the 5th..
he also told me the app was on the sight all week but it didn't show up for me till the 4th.
what a joke, me being a out of non resident i been waiting all year to get my application in and here i am a day late.
