steroid injections to neck,shoulders and back, epidurals next week.

couldn't be any worse than an injection directly into an already inflamed nerve, they know there in the right spot when you jump about 3 feet up oughta your chair, had too many of them. as long as they are using guidance and I'm out before the needle goes in I'm OK.

I used to get 2 injections into nerves in each foot every month for 6 months with no anesthesia, but it worked.
