Reminds me of the time we were remodeling the Wildwood library.I kept getting the strong stench skunk weed throughout the building. After tracking it down it was my employee leaning against my truck smoking a fatty,directly across the street from the elem school,just down the street from the sherriffs dept.Never ends.
I have a NO TOLERATION RULE for drugs AND ESPECIALLY MARIJUANA from any of my employes. If i even THINK they were high, got high, are about to get high , or got high last night they are DONE. GO HOME AND WALK ON RT 19 From where ever we are working.

You think im kidding.. I fired my own brother for other things but mainly cause he Smokes Pot. So you understand how strict i am about that.
don't have to worry about my guys doing drugs. subject to random testing, along with full blown fbi background checks yearly. security requirement for the power plants. hell even if somebody has had a dui, ever, can't hire them. insurance won't let us.
So does that mean I can't burn one in your truck?
