The best tree situation I had was during Charley. Placed one of my old trees on the neighbors shed. I was out with the chain saw in the yard. I asked him if needed help removing some of his tree off his shed. He looked at me kind of with a scowled face and said your insurance is going to pay for that. So I informed him of the law and whose responsible for what during a named storm. I don't think he likes me now that's he know it his tree.

During none storm time you tree may be covered by your insurance.
