I think it is a fake picture, because there is no blood. A hit that hard would have blood and fur all over the place. Also there is way to much of the deer inside the car under the hood. A Town Car does not have that much room between the grill and fan blade or engine block.
That's a Lincoln Town Car, not a Crown Vic (I know, not much difference in this case). This pics been around a few years, don't think it's photoshopped, since there are a couple different angles in this story:

I just find it hard to believe the people had driven any distance with it like that.
as from a mechanic's view its fake that car didnt drive there with that deer in there also why aint the deer dragged under the car or scuffed up from bein dragged! it wasnt photo shoped but it was defenetly a staged photo.
