We ended up with 16 people over and made to much food. Going to be eating leftovers for a few day's. Man, I'm stuffed.
It was me, the wife and my daughter. I smoked a turkey breast and it was AWESOME! Best turkey I've ever cooked, possibly the best I ever ate! Also had a spiral sliced honey ham, green bean casserole, cornbread dressing, broccoli cheese cornbread (spicy!), and banana pudding! Talk about leftovers! My daughter will have a cooler full to take back to West Palm with her.
Just finished off a plate of turkey n dressing for lunch. Gonna head to the woods and chew my cud in the tree stand. Then come home and eat more for dinner. Then have me a turkey sammich for lunch tomorrow
