I hope you can hire someone better than the kid I hired 2 weeks ago. This boy has twice as of today told his lead man that he didn't feel comfortable 14' up on a 16' A frame ladder and couldn't do the work needed. Today was his last day. Good luck on hiring someone that wants to learn and work.

I repair pipes under pressure and in operation. from vacuum to 5000psi... -0 to 1800 degrees f. work in the power plants, fertilizer plants, sugar mills, paper mills. Mostly steam piping but can fix anything. Hydrogen, propane, Natural gas, ammonia, and acids.

i hear ya. usually run an ad in the tampa tribune, mostly get losers applying. we have to pass background checks for security. lucky if i can find 1 or 2 guys that haven't been arrested for something. Run an ad on craigslist this time. Seems to be a different class of people. Have accepted 52 resumes in 4 days and only found one with a criminal past. we'll see how it goes.
