OK heres the story. SO i went hunting last weekend with Iluv2hunt and i had no cell signal.. So my wife leaves me a message on saturday morning telling me that the 72 gallon saltwater tank in our house is leaking.. Ok i dont get this message.. so i call her sunday morning and she tells me that its leaking and all she can do is put big conforters around the tank to catch the water and ring them out.. SO im like damit.. Now i do Wood Flooring for a living so obviously my whole house is wood flooring.. Well i get home on sunday and the whole 72 gallons has leaked out. $3000 dollars in fish dead in the tank, $4000 of live rock dead. (the live rock can be brought back to life once back in a saltwater enviornment). All the pumps ran dry. thats like another 500 bucks, and so on.. just tons of money... SO i get home still in camo hunting cloths and start taking the tank apart squishing on the floors that were soaked in water under and on top pisssed.. i take the tank and put it the garbage (oh yea thats like another 400 bucks) and i just throw away the sump ($250) and all im soo pissed, even the protein skimmer ($175).. OK now in the morning when i wake up its gone from the garbage. someone took the tank and stand (oh yea stand $350) and all.. The only think i kept was the 400 dollar light setup i had.. I had put it on my front porch standing in a cornor.. So when i get home today i look for it and its freakin gone.. Can you believe the same jackazz who took the dam tank actually came back when noone was home and came onto my porch and stole the light setup!!!!! that pisses me off. I swear to god i would blow his freakin brains out if i saw his redneck azz.. Im so pissed about that.. The fact that someone would walk up my walkway and onto my porch and walk onto it and take something that i had storing there.. WHAT FREAKIN NERVE!!!!!
well what good is a leaky 75 gallon fish with out light ;-)!! did you get the floors dry?
sad to say many ppl dont care C r0ck to them they probably figured it was all going to the trash so without asking they stole it!

damn....this is why my wife knows how to drain our 55 gal tank via hose and siphon.

Man, that's awful. About 4 doors down they came home one afternoon last summer to find the line to their icemaker had broken and had been spraying water behind the fridge for hours. There was an inch of water throughout the house! Ruined the carpets, loosened some tile, etc. They pulled all their furniture out to the driveway so they could pull up the carpet in the living room. As they were dragging the carpet out to the road, a couple of old ladies stopped and asked them how much they wanted for the coffee table! They thought it was a late afternoon garage sale, I guess! At least they asked, and didn't just load it into their car.
