Think about when you buy a summer sausage log at the store. You pull it out of the fridge, slice a chunk off and peel the liner off of it.....

Bossman, was that the only one? I've been looking on there for one. I'd snatch that up in a second!

To be totaly honest with ya I was surfing e-bay one night and saw it and throwed out a bid (with a buzz) nevering thinking that I'd win it and did the only catch was it had a $34 shipping charge. although it weighted 22 lbs. I still think that i got a good deal since it is a commerical stuffer and comes with 4 stuffing tubes.

Yeah, I just saw them. There's one up there going for $83 with $34 shipping. Tempting. My wife will tell me that I'll use it once and then never use it again. We'll see...

I'm no cook. I have Scott's gunshop out of Lake city do my links with Redneck pepper, and it is delicious. I think they sell the seasoning separate, too, but you'd have to check. I know they share the recipe, and it's fairly simple. Call'em if you are interested.
