Yea my dog eyes just were begging me to put her down but my kids were just too upset.. so i told my ex-wife either i put her to sleep or they walk in on a passed away dog in the house.. ONce again she didn't listen (hence the reason she's my ex wife) and the kids walked in on my dog passed away on the floor under my desk in my office. But my dog went in her sleep, happy where she always slept.

I like this quote. Its so true. The poem posted earlier was good too. I had to put down my lab / dalmation mix about 3 years ago. It hurt me at a level I never knew before. I just think of the good times. There were many. We got a new lab shortly there after. My house will always have a dog. Always. Dogs ARE man's best friend and you will see her again.
