My buddy and his dad own a deed or two at RiverRanch and I've heard plenty of stories of the place. Finally I get to join in and go along.

We are bringing my 89 Jeep, along with his CJ7 jacked up on 42's and his dad's scrambler is already at the ranch.

stay away regarding what? hunting? offroading?

I've heard that it's garbage for hunting but tits for offroading and ATVing. So I guess it boils down to what you're going there for.
