As a man who lives in the woods with cat neighbors, tuna can with hole punched in fills the trap and they eat none. I had to keep my dog on my property but cats get free reign. Carlos I feel your pain.
Lol i did a redneck covert operation. I had my son grab a piece of tin roof and act like he was moving it, i walked next to him holding the trap behind it lol.
OK.. this is FUNNY stuff. Trap those suckers. I hate folks who dont take care of their pets properly and let them roam. I have trapped my share of cats.
If you know for sure which neighbor it was that called, I would make their life miserable. Having seen both of the places,I would start with code enforcement. Don't know about your county, but Hills co, code enforcement has to respond by law within 3 business days
