Ok guys...here it is.....a while back I had the idea about doing the raffle for the whitetail deer mount. I ran it by Carlos and it was posted in the campfire. $10 a pop for a chance at a full shoulder mount, buck or doe...and if you dont get a deer this year you can hang on to the voucher or trade it or maybe auction it off on the forum or whatever. Now the purpose of this raffle is to HELP THE FORUM and more specifically to help Carlos with some of the costs of running this thing. How many times have you gotten a recipe, or found out how to refill your thermacell, or bought something from an ad, or hooked up with a new buddy for a hunt....all because of this forum....so I guess its a good deal huh....absolutely free....well, my guess is....its probably not totally free for the guy who's running it all and thats why the idea came up for the raffle. Let me just say now, that I am not making a penny off this thing and as a matter of fact I am donating materials, my time, and all the profit, gladly, to try to help Carlos out with this thing. Again, glad to do it, but you guys have to make it happen by buying the tickets...dont matter to me...but it should matter to all of you who use and enjoy this forum. And I really hope Carlos puts in the rule that the tickets have to be bought by the first week of gun season in Florida so that people dont wait to see if they shoot a deer to buy a ticket.
