i know that one of my buddies carries a sig 226 in a soft holster that goes inside the pants, i think he usually has it in the small of his back area. its a heavier gun for carrying, but you cant see it. the soft holster breaks up the outline of the weapon. he can only conceal it like that while his shirt is untucked. not sure how that would work with other weapons. you can usually take your gun to a gun shop and try the different holsters out before buying one. the gun shop i go to down here lets us do that. i called to check the status of my cwp application and they told me they were two and a half months behind. they received my app on nov 17th. she said i should get it in about a month and a half from now.
I got my CWP back in exactly 90 days from the day I put it in the mail box
yeah, i guess i should have sent mine in a few years back. oh well. i procrastinated on it and now im waiting longer just like everyone else. new president didn't help me out any, as soon as he won, everyone got freaked out and mailed theirs in, and they haven't stopped. they are still getting record numbers of apps in the mail.

I mailed mine in the day of the election and got it back last week
Got mine filled out. Just need to go get finger printed and send it in.
