I talked to his daughter last night, and it's not as dire as I thought, but still very very serious. He is having TIA's (mini strokes). When he has them and gets to the hospital, they can never find anything by the time they get tests run. Fortunately he had this one while in the hospital and while family was there, so they could take him immediately for tests. It seems like these mini's are getting more and more serious with each one he has. He is far from out of the woods. Heading up there to see him in a bit
