You aint got sumac, my friend. Poison ivy/oak/sumac do not spread like that.

find a different area to hunt. allergic reactions can be very serious and progress with each exposure,it might be a good idea to carry an epi-pen with you from now on, see what the doc thinks. have a quick recovery.
